Throughout my career, I’ve developed hundreds of training programs and authored over a dozen books. My daughter, Tika, is a lifelong artist and storyteller, with several works of fiction under her belt. Together, we bring a powerful blend of experience, creativity, and teaching expertise to everything we do.

Elena is an avid designer of SVG cards, the owner of black sheep 303 creative and the host of the Card Making with SVGs+ summit. When she started her blog back on 2016, she was a "traditional" card maker using stamps, dies, inks and more to create cards. In 2021 she transitioned to SVG-based projects and began designing SVGs. But, her true love of cards and SVGs has now combined to be almost exclusively what she creates and shares on her blog, YouTube channel and in many crafty online summits. Elena lives in Denver, CO with her best friend and husband of nearly 26 years, Alex and their sweet, elderly dog, Django.

Bethany Scott is a crafty entrepreneur who brings a mixed media feel to her projects. She lives in Wisconsin and is married with three littles (ages 6, 5, and 4). She co-owns 2 businesses with her hubby and brings her graphic design skills to each.
Bethany studied photography and theatre in college and the first advertisement she directed appeared on national TV when she was 19 years old. Her photographs (both modeling and behind the camera) have been displayed in NYC galleries and on billboards. She loves creating video content for her social media channels focusing mainly on paper-crafting, Cricut crafts, all things sublimation, and faux leather creations.
Bethany also shares ownership of a successful boutique, BB’s Boutique & Things, with her mom which focuses on custom gift designs. She is also the CFO for several companies and sells Mary Kay anytime she can sprinkle it into her life.
